Rikkha is a french punk rock band based in Paris.
The band identity is made of a well balanced mix of several influences including Garage Rock and Cabaret.
Since 2011 the band has released 2 EP's (Kitten on Wheels, Covers) and one album (Nuit Fatale),
Their music and visuals are made of cinematographic atmospheres. It depicts the glory of a wild womanhood, seductive and savage. Tarantino, Rodriguez, Burton are inspiring Rikkha with their heroines and comics monsters haunting each one of their song.
Prime mover of the project, Seb le Bison, music producer, composer, musician and aesthete joins forces with Juliette Dragon, queen of the Parisian nights and pioneer of the Burlesque movement in France. Together they create an astonishing stage cocktail .
Rikkha live is a real Punk'n'roll cabaret inspired by pin-ups, superheroes and zombies from Z movies.
Their californian nickname is: "The French Cramps"
The band has been touring in whole France, Europe (Germany, Belgium, Switzerland)
And toured four times in US, California, Oregon & Washington ( Los Angeles, Long Beach, Pomona, San Diego, San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Seattle, Portland ...)
After a break in 2015, the band is coming back with a new rhythm section, and prepare a new album (October 2018) records:

RIKKHA est un groupe français de punk rock sans concession basé à Paris.
Depuis 2007, RIKKHA réunit SEB LE BISON (Western Machine, Bullit Record) et JULIETTE DRAGON (Cabaret des Filles de Joie), couple à la vie comme à la scène, pour des transes scéniques spectaculaires, mêlant numéros burlesques sexy et féministes avec performances et numéros de cirque, freaks et side shows.
Au fil des ans, les formations ont évolué autour de la chanteuse et du guitariste. Désormais ce sont EMIKO OTA la batteuse guerrière kawaii et SATANIC PINGU le bassiste sereint qui assument la section rythmique. Leur élégance innée masque mal un désir fou de changer le monde par la danse et la sexualité libre.
RIKKHA c’est avant tout la bande-son de votre film grindhouse préféré où Betty Page attacherait la créature du Docteur Frankenstein pour lui donner la fessée pendant que jolis zombies, sorcières et guerrières amazones anthropophages les materaient en rigolant.
RIKKHA ça sent le cuir et le vinyle.
RIKKHA est un feu d’artifice de sperme d’alien et de cyprine de valkyrie.
RIKKHA mêle l’essence du punk rock aux séries Z et B movies.
RIKKHA, ça tache, ça fait rire et ça met en transe.

立華、Rikkha は、2009 年に結成された、パリに拠点を置く フレンチパンクバンド。Rikkha のキャラは、ガレージロックと キャバレーを含めた色んな音楽に影響を受けて、 上手くミックスされ作られている。
ダンデイなパンクスでエレクチックな作曲家、 ギタリストのセブ ル ビゾンを先頭に、パリジャンナイトの女王で バーレスクの一番星、ジュリエット ドラゴンが歌い叫ぶ。
2015 年のブレイク後、2018年から、魔的な最新リズムセクション には、ベーシストにサタニックペンギンと、ドラマーのエミコ オオタ(彼女は民謡歌手で、 エクスペリメンタルなシーンで活躍中)が加入、
そんな才能溢れる 4 人が集まり、リアルな punk’n’roll キャバレーを 演じる舞台では、ピンナップから、スーパーヒーロー、Z ムービー のゾンビなどからインスピレーションを受けている。 カリフォルニアン達の間でのニックネームは、 ”フレンチクランプス “。
Rikkha は、フランスの各地 Europe (ドイツ、ベルギー、スイス)と、 アメリカ合衆国
California, Oregon & Washington ( Los Angeles, Long Beach, Pomona, San Diego, San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Seattle, Portland ...)を 5度ツアーしました。
また、2018 年には、ニューアルバムが 10 月にリリースされました。
